At Dilnaz Karbhary, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns and refunds policy.


No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made on the website are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.


Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only accepted in the case of:
A damaged product
An incorrect product received

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by writing to us at our official email with clear images and order details.

Requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be considered.


Exchange Process

Once the request is reviewed and approved by our team:
The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags intact
The return shipment will be arranged or guided by our team

Dilnaz Karbhary reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.


Refunds

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances. Approved cases will be resolved through exchange or store credit only, at the discretion of the brand.


Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

All made-to-order, custom, or altered pieces are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.


Color & Variation Disclaimer

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.


Liability

Dilnaz Karbhary is not responsible for damages occurring after delivery or due to mishandling by the customer.
