Once dispatched, domestic orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days. International shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and coordinating with the logistics partner where necessary.

Delivery & Receipt

All orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the details entered are accurate.

Dilnaz Karbhary will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Risk & Responsibility

All products are quality-checked prior to dispatch. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping partner, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Any issues in transit must be raised directly with the courier service.
