Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors beyond our control. While we ensure that all products are dispatched in good condition, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch. Any returns shipped back to us are the responsibility of the customer.
